Fuel System

Electronic fuel injection can cause problems. We perform a full engine tune-up, clean fuel injectors to ensure smooth running, check the air intake system and inspect fuel lines, replace fuel filter and check air cleaner and renew if necessary. 

The Inter-Ject fuel servicing and diagnostic equipment is the solution to all fuel system faults and problems. It is unlike any other system available in the market place. Inter-Ject is the only system that treats the entire fuel system from tank to combustion chamber. The Inter-Ject products have become the bench mark for equipment and chemicals that give up to 25% reduction in vehicle emissions as endorsed by Volvo Europe and the German Federal Government.

Inter-Ject LB291/2F (403A)

The complete fuel system diagnostic and servicing equipment for petrol and diesel engines for the trade technician. This unit allows the operator to check the entire components within the fuel system to see if they are operating correctly. The LB291/2F can measure injector flow to the engine allowing the operator to recalibrate mechanical air-flow meters. The ultimate in engine tuning, also used to administer the petrol and diesel cleaning chemicals into the engine resulting in a reduction in vehicle omissions.

Inter-Ject LB991/V Pulse Generator (407)

This tool (unique to Inter-Ject) when used in conjunction with the LB291/2F unit allows the trade technician to perform flow tests on the injectors without the need to remove them. It is also used to clean the pintle area of injectors by demagnetising through reverse polarity of the injector coil, resulting in a reduction in vehicle omissions.

Brake Reline / Repairs / Fitting

Services include front and rear brake relining, disc and drum machining for optimum performance and wear, and disc grinding.
